Helping Bangladeshi workers reach real sponsored jobs
JobsAbroad Bangladesh lists employer-sponsored jobs in Australia and New Zealand and walks Bangladeshi workers through each step of getting ready and applying.
The people behind the site
JobsAbroad Bangladesh is a job site for Bangladeshi workers, whether you are at home in Bangladesh or already working in the Gulf or Malaysia. It is run by Red Migration FZC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its office at 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE. Our work is matching employers in Australia and New Zealand with skilled people from overseas.
We write with Bangladeshi workers in mind, but every job here is open to anyone with the right skills, from any country.
What the site offers
- Sponsored jobs in Australia and New Zealand. Every employer is prepared to sponsor the work visa of the person it hires.
- Two visa guides in plain English: Australia's Skills in Demand (482) visa and New Zealand's Accredited Employer Work Visa, from offer to grant.
- Blog posts and short videos about rule changes and everyday working life in both countries.
- WhatsApp alerts whenever a new vacancy goes live.
Your application, step by step
- Find a vacancy. Open the job list and check each requirement: years of experience, certificates, licences and English.
- Send your details. Use the email or WhatsApp button on the job, and attach an English CV and your trade certificates.
- We read it. If your profile matches the employer's needs, we pass it on. If it does not, we say so.
- Interview. Mostly by video, sometimes with a practical trade test.
- Offer and sponsorship. A good interview leads to an offer. The employer handles sponsorship while you prepare your visa documents.
- Visa, BMET clearance and travel. After the grant, complete your emigration clearance, fly out and start with your sponsor. The visa guides cover each step.
Papers to start collecting today
- An English CV listing every job with dates, duties and the tools or machines you used, Gulf jobs included.
- Experience letters and payslips from each employer.
- BTEB or other trade certificates, diplomas and licences. Trades are usually assessed again abroad, so keep certified copies ready.
- IELTS or PTE, if the job or the visa asks for a score.
- A Police Clearance Certificate from Bangladesh Police when police certificates are requested, plus certificates from other countries where you lived long enough to need one.
- Certified English translations of anything written in Bangla.
- A valid passport, with your name spelt the same way on every document.

Why sponsored jobs only
Travelling on a visitor visa to "look for work" is a risk that often ends badly. A sponsored job means you leave Bangladesh with a real position waiting, at an employer that the Australian or New Zealand government has approved and keeps an eye on.
- No guessing. You know the employer and the role before you travel.
- Protection. Sponsors must be approved and follow the pay and conditions rules for sponsored staff.
- Family. Your partner and dependent children can often come too, within the visa rules.
- A longer future. Sponsored work can sometimes lead to permanent residence, such as through Australia's Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186), depending on the rules at the time.
Where we want to go
Paying a dalal for a job abroad is a risk many Bangladeshi families know well. We want a probashi job to start with facts instead: a real vacancy from a sponsoring employer, the visa rules in plain words, and a direct link to the government page that confirms them.
That is what our Bengali tagline means: jobs abroad, the right way. The right job and the right visa, with the facts in your hands before you leave.
What we commit to
- We publish only vacancies whose employer is prepared to sponsor.
- If your profile does not fit a job, we tell you clearly.
- We explain visa rules in plain English and link to the official page.
