Terms of Use

1. Your agreement with us

When you use the site in any way, you agree to these terms. You also agree to the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer and the Cookie Policy, which form part of them. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Red Migration FZC of 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "You" means the person using JobsAbroad Bangladesh.

2. What JobsAbroad Bangladesh offers

The site brings together jobs in Australia and New Zealand where the ad says visa sponsorship is offered, visa guides based on what governments publish, articles about life and work overseas, and now and then short videos. It is written with Bangladeshi workers in mind, and anyone may use it. Buttons on each job let you apply by email, ask us on WhatsApp or follow our WhatsApp job channel. No account is needed for any of it.

3. About the job listings

Each listing shows the role, the requirements, the pay and the conditions as the employer supplied them. Employers can change or close a vacancy whenever they like. We take jobs down after the closing date, but a role may be filled sooner. We check ads with care before they go up. Still, an ad can be incomplete, out of date or already filled, so please confirm the key points before you rely on them.

4. Applying for a job

An email application is written and sent from your own mail app to jobs@jobsabroad.bd. Nothing leaves your device until you choose to send it. If you want to ask something first, WhatsApp us.

Everything you send must be true, current and yours to share. That includes your CV, certificates, references and any other papers. Sending fake or altered documents is a serious breach of these terms.

We may forward your application to the employer of the job you chose. It goes to no other employer unless you agree. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle it, and the Disclaimer is worth reading before you plan anything around a job or a visa.

5. What you are welcome to do

• Read, print and share our pages for your own job search, or to help family and friends with theirs.
• Link to any page on the site.
• Apply for any job if you are 18 or older.

Your phone, your internet connection and your data costs remain your own responsibility.

6. What is not allowed

Please do not:

• apply in another person's name or give false details;
• copy listings in bulk, scrape the site or harvest it with bots;
• republish or sell our job listings, or access to them, without our written permission;
• attack the site, test it for weak points, try to enter the admin page or work around our request limits;
• upload or spread malware or other harmful code;
• pretend to be Red Migration FZC, an employer or any other person;
• use our email address or WhatsApp number for spam, threats or fraud;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

7. If the rules are broken

We may block an IP address, put an application aside or stop answering messages. In serious cases we may report the matter to the authorities. If your breach, or false information from you, leads to a claim or loss against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.

8. Who owns the content

The JobsAbroad Bangladesh name, the design of the site and our guides and articles belong to Red Migration FZC, or we use them with permission. The wording of a job ad may belong to the employer, and a video may belong to the person who made it. Ask us in writing before you republish any of it.

9. Services and websites we do not control

Chats and the job channel run on WhatsApp (Meta), and videos play through YouTube (Google). Their own terms apply when you use them. The other websites we link to, Skills Assessment Australia, Build AI CV, Talent Tabloid and English test practice, have their own terms as well. We are not responsible for whether these services or government websites are online, or for what they contain or do.

10. The site as it is

We work to keep JobsAbroad Bangladesh accurate and online, but we offer it "as is" and "as available". Maintenance, provider outages, network faults or security work may take it offline at times. We may also change, pause or remove any part of the site, or any job, without notice. A job page disappears when the role closes, so keep the title, link and closing date of any job that matters to you.

11. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on a listing, guide or article, or on anything an employer says to you. Nor are we liable for indirect loss, such as lost income or lost opportunities, or for what employers, immigration authorities or services we do not run decide or do. Any right you have by law that cannot be excluded stays in place.

12. Which law applies

The laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, govern these terms and any dispute about them or about JobsAbroad Bangladesh. Such disputes belong to the courts of Dubai.

13. General points

If a court decides that part of these terms cannot be enforced, only that part is cut back, as little as needed, and the rest still applies. If we are slow to enforce a term, we can still enforce it later. Together with the policies named above, these terms are the whole agreement on your use of the site.

14. Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. If you keep using the site after that, the new version applies to you.
