Cookie Policy

This one is short, because there is little to tell. JobsAbroad Bangladesh sets no cookies of its own. It has no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking scripts. Here is the full list of what touches your browser while you are with us.
1. Cookies and similar storage
By "cookies" we also mean the other ways a site can keep data in your browser. A cookie is a small text file that a site stores and reads back later. sessionStorage belongs to a single tab and is cleared when that tab closes. localStorage and IndexedDB keep data until someone deletes it.
2. The one item on the public site
Visitors get exactly one stored item, and it is not a cookie:
- chunk_reload_at, in sessionStorage. It records a time so that, if we release an update while your page is open, the page reloads itself once instead of breaking. It holds nothing about you and vanishes when the tab closes.
We do not use it to recognise you, count you or follow you to other sites.
3. Staff sign-in
Our team signs in on a hidden admin page. Firebase Authentication (Google) then keeps the staff session in IndexedDB or localStorage, and the staff member's sign-in email is saved in localStorage. Visitors who never open that page never get these items.
4. Services our pages load
Google Fonts
Our typefaces come from Google Fonts. To send them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser details.
YouTube
Where we show YouTube Shorts, the preview pictures load from i.ytimg.com. With no videos on a page, the section is hidden and nothing is requested. The player itself comes from youtube-nocookie.com, and only after you tap a video. From then on, YouTube may store data under Google's policies.
WhatsApp and share buttons
These links stay idle until you tap them.
Other websites we link to
Government websites and the other websites we link to, Skills Assessment Australia, Build AI CV, Talent Tabloid and English test practice, use their own cookies under their own policies once you go there.
6. Your controls
You can clear or block site data in your browser settings whenever you like, and the public site will work just the same. A private or incognito window forgets its storage when you close it. If Google Fonts is blocked, a font already on your device takes over. And if you would rather YouTube stored nothing, simply leave the videos unplayed; the preview pictures do not load the player. Only the staff sign-in needs browser storage.
7. Future changes
