Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Hello, and welcome. Your trust matters to us, so this page is written to be read, not skimmed past. It covers the personal information JobsAbroad Bangladesh (jobsabroad.bd) handles, the reasons behind it and the choices you have.

1. The main points

  • You can read every job and guide without signing up. Visitors have no accounts here.
  • The site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and sets no cookies.
  • Your CV, phone number or messages reach us only when you send them yourself, by email or WhatsApp.
  • You may ask to see, fix or erase what we hold at any time.

2. Who looks after your information

Red Migration FZC owns and runs JobsAbroad Bangladesh. The company is registered in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. It decides how personal information on this site is used, and it answers for that use.

Write to us at jobs@jobsabroad.bd, call or WhatsApp +971 50 283 2394, or send a letter to 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

3. Applying by email

Tap Apply by email on a job and your own mail app opens with a new message to jobs@jobsabroad.bd. That is all the button does. Our website does not send anything on your behalf. Until you press send yourself, we receive nothing at all.

You choose what to attach. Applicants from Bangladesh often send:

  • their full name, mobile number and email address;
  • a CV with work history and referees;
  • SSC and HSC results, a diploma, a degree or trade test certificates;
  • a copy of their passport or visa, if they wish to include it.

4. Messaging us on WhatsApp

The Ask on WhatsApp button starts a private chat with our team. Once you write, we can see your number, the name on your WhatsApp profile and whatever you share: words, documents, pictures or voice notes.

Our WhatsApp channel is different. It is a feed of new jobs. Following it does not open a chat, and the channel itself is run by WhatsApp and its owner Meta under their own privacy rules.

If you phone or post a letter, we learn only what you tell us. The contact page lists every way to reach us and has no form.

5. What our servers note on their own

Every visit leaves a small technical trail. Google Cloud logs each request: the IP address, the browser and device type, the page asked for and the time. Those logs are erased after 30 days.

Our server also counts requests per IP address for a short while, in memory only, so that no single source can flood the site. We look at these records to fix faults and stop abuse. We do not use them to identify visitors.

6. What we leave alone

Searching and filtering jobs happens inside your own browser and address bar. We do not keep a history of what you looked for. The public site saves one small timestamp in your browser so a page can reload cleanly after an update, and nothing else. Fonts come from Google Fonts, and a YouTube video loads from youtube-nocookie.com only when you tap it. The Cookie Policy has the details.

There is one sign-in on the site, and it is not for visitors. A hidden admin page lets our staff add jobs and articles. It uses Firebase Authentication from Google and admits only email addresses on our staff list.

7. What we do with it

We use what you send for a few clear reasons:

  • to check your experience and papers against the job you picked;
  • to pass your application to the employer offering that job;
  • to reply to your questions in the same place you asked them;
  • to help with next steps, like an interview time or a request for more documents;
  • to keep the site safe and working, through the logs and request limits;
  • to follow any law that applies to us.

Nothing you send is used for advertising, analytics or profiling, because we do none of those.

9. Who can see it

Only those who need it:

  • our own team, to read and answer you;
  • the employer of the job you applied for, most often in Australia or New Zealand; any other employer only with your say-so;
  • Google Cloud, our host for the web server (Cloud Run), the database (Cloud Firestore), the logs and staff sign-in; the database stores published jobs, guides and videos, not visitor files;
  • our email service, which carries and stores mail for jobs@jobsabroad.bd;
  • WhatsApp (Meta), which carries chats and the job channel;
  • a court, the police or another authority, only when the law makes us.

10. Where it is kept and where it travels

Our server and database sit on Google Cloud in Singapore. Our company is in the UAE. Most employers are in Australia or New Zealand. Our email provider, Google and Meta may also process data in other countries.

So an application from Bangladesh can cross several borders. Each country has its own privacy rules. Where moving data abroad needs safeguards, we rely on the contracts and security measures our providers offer, and we share only what each step needs.

11. How long it stays

Emails and chats stay with us while your application, any hiring that follows or a legal duty needs them. We have no set period. Ask us to delete them and we will, unless a law says we must keep a record. Server logs go after 30 days. Request counts last only minutes, in memory.

12. How we protect it

The site works only over HTTPS, and HSTS tells browsers never to use a plain connection. The database is closed to the public internet and is reached only through our server. Only approved staff can open the admin page. Request limits slow down bots and password guessing.

No online service is perfectly safe. Our advice: hold back your NID and passport copies until an employer or our team really needs them.

13. Your rights

In most places you can ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, fewer uses of it, or you can object to certain uses. Which rights apply depends on where you live and which law covers the data.

Because Red Migration FZC is based in the UAE, the UAE's federal law on personal data applies where relevant. It includes rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and a portable copy.

We also respect Bangladesh's data protection and privacy rules, where they apply. Privacy laws in Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere give similar rights, and we will follow the one you rely on.

14. How to ask

Send an email to jobs@jobsabroad.bd and tell us what you would like. We may confirm who you are first, so your data does not go to the wrong person. We will answer within the time the law sets. If part of a request cannot be met, say because a record must be kept, we will tell you why.

15. For adults

JobsAbroad Bangladesh is for job seekers who are 18 or older. If a younger person has sent us details, please tell us and we will delete them.

16. Other websites we link to

Our pages link to WhatsApp, YouTube, social networks and official government websites. The footer also has other websites we link to: Skills Assessment Australia (rpldirect.com.au), Build AI CV (buildaicv.com), Talent Tabloid (talenttabloid.com) and English test practice (practisenow.com). When you visit any of them, their own policies apply there. Please read those before you share anything personal.

17. When this policy changes

If our site, our providers or the law change, we will update this page and the date above. The version shown here is the current one.
