Geraldton has scaffolding work lined up, and a diversified industrial services provider based in the city with over 30 years behind it wants experienced Advanced Scaffolders. Projects cover homes, commercial buildings and mine sites, locally and across regional Western Australia. The provider is quality assured, serves mining, infrastructure and construction, and is a family friendly, equal opportunity employer.
Work starts straight away on a casual basis, with a chance of a permanent job if you are prepared to move to Geraldton. Permanent sponsorship opportunities are offered on a 494 or 482 visa. Day to day you will put up, change, inspect and take down scaffolding to Australian Standards, keeping safety and quality high.

Key Responsibilities
- Erect, alter and dismantle scaffolds safely and efficiently
- Inspect scaffolding and fill in the required inspection checklists and job paperwork accurately
- Help plan and prepare scaffold work
- Put safety first and help build a positive team culture
- Follow Australian Standards on every scaffold, keeping safety and quality high
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Advanced Scaffolder, with proven hands-on work (not just a recently obtained Advanced Scaffolding ticket)
- Current Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
- Construction White Card
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards for scaffolding
- Can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Working at Heights (essential)
- Live in Geraldton or be willing to move to or travel to Geraldton for work
- Current National Criminal History Check (essential)
