Good hospitality comes down to how guests feel when they walk in and how smoothly their drinks and meals arrive. This full-time role in Bathurst covers the bar, the dining room and function service, so you will move between areas as the venue needs you.
The venue values people who turn up on time, stay friendly when it gets busy and work well with the kitchen. Evenings, weekends and peak trading periods are part of the roster. Eligible candidates may be considered for sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and give professional front-of-house service from arrival to departure
- Take food and drink orders accurately and answer questions about the menu and service
- Prepare and serve drinks following venue procedures
- Keep the service area clean, tidy and presentable
- Help service run efficiently in busy periods
- Cover bar, dining and function areas as needed
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams
- Follow RSA, responsible service and workplace safety procedures
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated hospitality or front-of-house experience preferred
- A current RSA certificate
- Proven communication and customer service skills, with a confident, professional manner with guests
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Able to work efficiently at a fast pace, with a positive attitude and willingness to help the team
- Available for evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
- Able to demonstrate genuine hospitality skills and relevant experience
