Bar Manager
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
This Bar Manager role in New South Wales is different. The drinks list is non-alcoholic and built around fresh fruit, herbs and botanicals grown nearby. The employer wants a creative bar leader with a real, verifiable work history.
You would run the bar day to day and design seasonal drinks and pairings. You would try out flavours and presentation and keep every glass consistent. You would also learn about the produce and where it grows, so you can share that story with guests. The bar must stay clean and safe, and the wider hospitality team counts on you.
The employer describes the role as suitable for qualified candidates seeking an employer-supported migration opportunity, that is, employer sponsorship.
On your CV, include the drinks menus you created, the venues you managed and any mocktail or cocktail work you are proud of. Bangladeshi hospitality workers from Gulf hotels should list those bars. Mix a creative bar manager CV on Build AI CV with clear dates.
