Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality cuts for men, women and children, from timeless shapes to current trends
  • Begin every appointment by asking how the client would like their hair cut and styled
  • Offer beard trims, shaping and grooming, plus wet shaving if you are trained in it

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Barbering or Hairdressing qualification relevant to the role preferred
  • Hands-on salon or barbershop experience you can demonstrate, with real skill in traditional and modern cutting
  • Comfortable handling all kinds of hair types and client requests
  • Clear communication, good people skills and a service-first mindset
  • Neat appearance and professional personal presentation
  • Dependable, upbeat and motivated, with a good eye for detail
  • Happy working on your own or within the team
  • Keen to pick up new techniques and keep growing professionally
  • Shaving and beard-grooming experience is advantageous
  • Apprentices with suitable practical training may also be considered
  • Applicants must be able to provide genuine and verifiable qualifications and employment history; candidates must meet applicable Australian employment and visa requirements
  • Onshore candidates are preferred
