The shop wants barbers who can prove their skills in the chair. Fades, tapers, classic cuts, modern styles and beard shaping are all part of the work, along with keeping your station sanitised and your tools in good order. Many Bangladeshi barbers build their skills in Dhaka or the Gulf, and what matters here is that you can show them. Sponsorship is available for suitable eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Give clients quality haircuts, styling and grooming
- Cut fades, tapers, classic styles and current trends
- Trim and shape beards
- Ask each client what they want before you start
- Use professional tools safely and with precision, keeping every cut consistent
- Treat customers warmly and professionally
- Keep your station clean, sanitised and tidy, and look after your tools
- Stay current with new styles, techniques and what clients ask for
- Move clients through efficiently on busy days in line with hygiene and safety standards
- Support the rest of the barbering team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven work as a professional Barber
- Solid, hands-on grounding in men's grooming and barbering from a professional shop
- Able to deliver a wide range of traditional and modern barbering services
- Close attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Good client service and communication
- A professional look, a positive attitude and a reliable, responsible approach
- Comfortable in a fast-paced shop, working alone or with the team
- Available for full-time and part-time work
- Being able to start immediately is advantageous
