You would cut, fade and style, trim and shape beards, and talk clients through styles that suit them. Appointments need to run on time, workstations stay clean, and you keep learning new techniques and trends. Full-time, part-time and casual options are available, depending on experience and business needs.
Sponsorship is available for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional haircuts, fades and modern barbering services with accurate, consistent results
- Trim, shape and groom beards
- Talk with clients about what they want and suggest styles that suit
- Give every client a professional, welcoming experience and build lasting relationships
- Keep precision, presentation and workmanship to a high standard
- Keep workstations and equipment clean and hygienic and follow health, safety and hygiene procedures
- Manage appointments and finish services efficiently
- Stay up to date with barbering styles, techniques and trends
- Work well with the rest of the team and help keep the shop positive and professional
- Show reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional experience as a Barber
- Strong practical skill in cutting and fading, plus demonstrated experience with beard grooming and styling
- Able to produce high-quality barbering results consistently
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional attitude and presentation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, motivated and committed to quality
- Able to work confidently on your own and in a team
- Relevant barbering qualification or demonstrable industry experience, and the ability to verify your qualifications, experience and trade capability
- Australian work rights or eligibility for an appropriate work visa
