Key Responsibilities
- Give male clients professional cuts and grooming
- Cut fades, skin fades and precision styles with accurate blending and finishing
- Shape, trim and groom beards
- Talk through what each client wants and suggest styles that suit
- Keep quality consistent across every service, even in busy periods, without losing detail
- Make every visit professional and welcoming
- Earn the trust of regulars and keep those relationships strong
- Prepare and look after your tools and equipment
- Keep your station clean, hygienic and organised, following workplace hygiene and safety practices
- Help keep the team positive and professional
- Keep up with current men's grooming styles and barbering techniques
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional experience as a Barber
- Demonstrated skill in men's haircutting and styling, including fades, skin fades and blending
- Experience with beard trimming and grooming
- A relevant barbering qualification and/or proven industry experience
- Able to show evidence of past barbering jobs or experience
- Strong communication with clients and good interpersonal skills, with a professional, customer-focused manner
- Reliable, punctual and committed to high-quality work
- Able to work on your own and as part of a team
- Professional personal presentation
- Willing to commit to a full-time position
