Barber

Visa sponsorship

Hair & Beauty · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $39 - $45/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

For probashi barbers with steady hands and a sharp eye, Sydney has an opening. A growing barbershop business there has one free chair in each of its three shops. The shops are about 15 minutes apart, and more are planned.

All three shops open every day, so the roster can be built around you, from a few days a week up to seven. You can choose full-time or part-time work.

Each shop has its own style. One is a busy walk-in shop near a station, one is a beachside shop where loyal regulars return, and one is an inner-city room. Your book fills from the first day.

The process starts with a paid half-day trial, and the decision comes the same day. Visa sponsorship (the employer supports your visa) is available here for one barber per shop. Working holiday visa holders are also welcome.

A tidy English CV lets your skills reach the shop before you do. Mention the barbershops you have worked in and your skin fades, scissor cuts and beard shaping. Write a barber CV that shows your cutting skills using Build AI CV.
