A hospitality group in Bunbury, WA wants a Barista who can do more than pour good coffee. The role covers specialty coffee and Front of House, and the level is matched to your experience, whether you have worked as a Head Barista, a supervisor or a venue manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Run daily Front of House and coffee service
- Keep customer service and drinks consistently high in quality
- Guide the team through daily operations and lead by example with hands-on work
- Train new and existing staff in service and operating procedures
- Coordinate service needs during busy periods
- Watch the customer experience and deal with issues properly
- Keep presentation, cleanliness and workplace standards up
- Help with rosters and shift organisation, and support staff performance and improvement
- Contribute to venue KPIs and goals while keeping the workplace energetic and welcoming
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional experience in hospitality
- Relevant experience as a Barista, Head Barista, Supervisor or Front of House Manager
- Proven ability to take charge of team and service operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with confidence in customer-facing work
- Able to work confidently in a fast-paced venue and stay focused and solution-oriented on busy shifts
- Shows reliability, organisation and time management
- Able to train, support and motivate team members
- Strong attention to service quality and presentation
- Willing to provide supporting evidence of relevant employment experience
