This Tauranga Branch Manager role is for a leader who has run a busy, mixed operation in heavy transport, equipment or a similar industry. The branch covers service, parts, sales and engineering, and you would be in charge of all of it.
The heart of the job is people. You would set goals, lead managers and supervisors, coach staff and spot future leaders. Safety and wellbeing come first. You would also build strong customer relationships, support sales, control the budget and improve how the branch works, while helping senior leaders plan ahead.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the whole branch and set clear goals and performance expectations

Requirements & Eligibility
- Significant leadership experience in a branch or operational setting, managing diverse teams and multiple business functions
- Previous senior management experience strongly preferred
- A background in heavy transport, equipment, automotive or industrial sectors
- Strong customer service and relationship management experience
- Proven ability to manage budgets and commercial targets
- Proven leadership and staff development skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making
- Works well in a fast-paced setting
- A strong commitment to safety and staff wellbeing
- Strategic thinking with practical operational skills
- Relevant industry experience or qualifications
