Key Responsibilities
- Take overall charge of the breeder farm's daily running and results
- Run the flocks by the set production procedures, using sound husbandry so the parent stock stays in excellent shape

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years working hands-on in poultry production
- A track record of managing or supervising poultry farms
- Deep practical understanding of breeder poultry production, husbandry and flock care
- Sound grasp of bird health, disease prevention and biosecurity, plus welfare standards and industry rules
- Shown ability to lead, supervise and grow a farm team
- Good at planning, organising and managing time
- Can interpret production data and pinpoint where performance is slipping
- A clear communicator and reliable report writer
- Solves practical farm problems and pushes proactively for better production
