Cafe Duty Manager

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25 - $40/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

A good café shift feels calm even when the queue is out the door. A professional hospitality team in Auckland wants a Cafe Duty Manager who can make that happen.

You would run the floor and the counter: hand out duties, watch the till and payments, and keep coffee, drinks and food up to standard. Customers come to you with questions and the occasional complaint. You also open and close, keep shelves and displays stocked, oversee coffee packing, and make sure hygiene and safety rules are followed. Training and backing up the team on busy days is a big part of the job, and weekend work is needed.

Candidates requiring employer-supported visa sponsorship may be considered.

On your CV, mention the cafés you have supervised, your barista skills and how you handled cash and stock. You can write an Auckland café shift-leader CV with Build AI CV and show your coffee experience clearly.
