Café Manager

Hospitality · Brisbane, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Picture a café where you pull the morning shots, then spend the afternoon on rosters, stock orders and costs. That is the job for this full-time Café Manager in Brisbane, and it comes with room to put your own ideas into menus, live music nights, pop-ups and private functions.
You will guide a team of baristas and floor staff, show new people how things are done and hold the line on food safety and service. Weekend and evening shifts are part of the week, and the venue wants someone whose café career can be checked from start to finish.
Give your CV the details a café owner looks for: the espresso machines you have run, the teams you rostered and any specials or events you created. You can brew a hands-on café manager CV with Build AI CV and send it with confidence.
