Carpet Layer
Visa sponsorship
Trade · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Carpet laying done properly shows in every seam, and a family-owned flooring business in Auckland, part of a national flooring network, wants an experienced carpet layer to stay with the team for the long term. Its name rests on quality workmanship and on caring for both customers and staff.
Every day begins at the same base, and from there you fit floors for the business and its sister store in houses and commercial premises. The week is Monday to Friday plus a couple of Saturdays each month, and you will pass your know-how on to the business's apprentice. The business is an Accredited Employer, so it can sponsor workers on New Zealand's Accredited Employer Work Visa.
Put your wool and textured carpet installs, uplift work and any apprentice mentoring on your CV; get your Auckland carpet-layer CV in shape on Build AI CV before applying.
