An Adelaide cafe, known for full-flavoured plates and a fresh take on service, needs an experienced chef for its open kitchen. You are hired on a casual basis but with full-time hours, and you take charge of the kitchen whenever the head chef has a day off.
Guests can see straight into the kitchen, so a neat, presentable appearance matters as much as clean plating. The cafe wants someone with solid time in an established cafe or restaurant, clear communication, a good grip on stock and ordering, and real pleasure in hearing that diners loved their meal. This role is open to applicants already in Australia with unrestricted work rights. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate who shows leadership and great communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Run the kitchen when the head chef is on days off

Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 2 years working as a chef, with a proven record of exceptional dishes in a time-pressured environment
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia
