Fusion cooking is the speciality in this Western Australian kitchen, and it is looking for an experienced Chef and Cook who can keep breakfast, lunch and dinner service on track.
You will set up your station before each service, follow and fine-tune recipes, and cook and plate quickly when the rush comes. There is a leadership side as well: sharing out tasks, helping train junior staff, briefing the floor team on specials, and keeping an eye on stock, freshness and ordering. Cooks who have worked mixed Asian and Western menus in Gulf hotels may find the style familiar.
