Run your own section in an Auckland kitchen. A professional dining venue in New Zealand is hiring a Chef at Chef de Partie level who can take ownership of a section and work closely with senior chefs.
Your days would cover prep and service, specials, stock and quality control, with a growing feel for local New Zealand produce. The kitchen team is diverse and multicultural, so respect and clear communication matter. Genuine, verifiable work history and skills are expected, and the venue is looking for a suitably qualified and eligible candidate.
Use your CV to name the sections you have run, such as grill, sauce or larder, and the international dishes you cook with confidence. Plan your Auckland chef de partie CV on Build AI CV and add the kitchens behind each skill.
