Chef
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Bathurst, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Bathurst diners come to this kitchen for Japanese-inspired food, and the business behind it is growing. It now needs a full-time chef who cooks consistently, keeps good habits and stays calm when dockets pile up.
A typical shift starts with prep, getting each ingredient checked and ready, then moves into service on whichever section is busiest. Between services you track how much stock is used, help place orders and pitch seasonal specials or menu tweaks. The roster rotates and includes evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Visa sponsorship is available for an appropriately qualified and eligible candidate.
Your CV should show your cookery qualification, the dishes you cook with confidence and the busy restaurants behind your experience. You can prepare a Bathurst Japanese-menu chef CV with Build AI CV in clear English.
