Hospitality · Brisbane, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · $70,000 - $80,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Opening a restaurant takes a cook who stays steady when everything is new. A hospitality business in Queensland is getting ready to launch a fresh venue in Brisbane and is hiring an experienced Chef for the kitchen.
Expect to follow set recipes closely so every plate tastes and looks the same, to step up and organise the line when orders pile in, and to pitch menu ideas. Teaching junior cooks, tracking stock and waste and holding food safety standards are part of each week. Mexican cooking experience is a plus, and you may travel interstate for training at the start. Sponsorship consideration is available for suitably qualified applicants.
Put your time on the line, the cuisines you know (Mexican especially) and any opening or launch kitchens you have worked in. craft a Brisbane restaurant-opening chef CV with Build AI CV before you apply.
