Grill dishes, wood-fired pizzas, fresh pasta, share plates, seafood and pub classics all come out of this busy Brisbane hotel kitchen, and chefs of every level are wanted. Casual, part-time and full-time positions are open.
It suits organised, punctual and dependable chefs who can work on their own while taking guidance from the senior head chefs. You will gain experience across a wide menu at a fast pace. Sponsorship is available for approved applicants.

Key Responsibilities
- Work efficiently and keep up in a fast-paced kitchen

Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience with Modern Australian and traditional pub fare
- Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic and real passion for food and hospitality
- A team player with strong teamwork who handles pressure and brings energy to each shift
- Enjoys working in a multicultural environment
- Focused and able to follow direction
- Excited by a fast-paced kitchen and keen to keep learning
- Available and willing to work a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate
