Cooking over fire with top produce is what this growing Sydney kitchen does, and it is adding a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef who enjoys fast, high-energy service. Both experienced and junior CDPs and Sous Chefs can apply.
The crew is close and ambitious, and the work goes beyond the kitchen to one-off events at different locations. This role is open to applicants already in Australia with work rights.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook over fire with quality ingredients in a busy, high-energy kitchen
- Look after small events by yourself
- Take care of prep without supervision
- Send out consistent food of a high standard for demanding clients
- Join the crew at events in various locations
Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of 5 years' cooking as a chef, gained in professional kitchens
- Sous Chef applicants need a minimum of 6 months in that position
- Highly regarded: time in event catering or a high-volume kitchen
- Highly regarded: a spell in hatted or award-winning restaurants
- Detail-focused, consistent cooking and pride in food that satisfies high client expectations
- Can manage small events and prep on your own
- A positive, hard-working team mindset
- Valid NSW driver's licence
- Solves problems well and takes initiative
- Australian working rights required; exceptional candidates may be offered visa sponsorship
