Chef de Partie

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

This busy Sydney kitchen is looking for a Chef de Partie who can run a section with little supervision and keep standards steady when every table fills at once. You will plan your mise en place, cook to spec and keep the senior chefs informed about what your section needs.

There is also a teaching side to the job: apprentices will look to you for help with practical tasks and kitchen routines. Shifts rotate and include nights, weekends and public holidays. Eligible candidates may be considered for visa sponsorship based on verified qualifications, experience, skills and employer requirements.

Chefs who trained in Dhaka hotels or Gulf banquet kitchens should spell out their qualification, the sections they ran and the cooking methods they know best. You can organise your Sydney high-volume section chef CV on Build AI CV and keep your documents to hand.
