Weddings and big events are the heart of this kitchen near Wollongong. The venue belongs to a group that runs five wedding venues, and its catering team is hiring a full-time Chef de Partie who can begin right away. Menus are European, and services are large and quick.
The owners want someone who plans to stay and grow, and with five sites there is a real path up to Sous Chef. Visa sponsorship under Subclass 482 Skills in Demand is offered to eligible candidates. When you apply, include a few photos of your plating.

Key Responsibilities
- Own your section through prep and service at weddings and events
- Join the Head Chef on menu planning, tastings and seasonal updates
- Keep a close eye on food safety, ordering and stock levels while guiding junior chefs and kitchen hands
- Cook and serve catering at the group's other venues
Requirements & Eligibility
- 3 years' culinary experience in total
- Part of that time as a CDP or a strong Demi
- Plating for large numbers without letting quality slip
- Food safety certification, or the ability to gain it within 30 days of starting
- Drivers License required
