Key Responsibilities
- Cook authentic Indian dishes to commercial standards, using specialist curry, tandoor and South Indian techniques
- Keep taste, texture, quality and presentation the same plate after plate
- Prep ingredients and finish kitchen preparation before service starts
- Handle your cooking duties efficiently when service gets busy
- Follow set recipes, methods and quality standards
- Hold strict hygiene and food safety practices
- Work with the kitchen team for smooth service, including catering and event work when needed

Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven commercial experience cooking Indian cuisine, with demonstrable expertise in curry, tandoor or South Indian cooking
- Strong practical knowledge of Indian ingredients and methods
- Able to produce high-quality dishes consistently, even under pressure
- Experience in a busy restaurant, catering or events kitchen
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Dependable attendance and a strong professional work ethic
- Clear communication and teamwork
- Relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous
- Candidates must satisfy the applicable requirements for sponsorship
