Chef

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

Steak done right, breakfasts that bring travellers back, and a kitchen you can call your own. A busy highway food business in Western Australia wants a Chef to take charge of its kitchen.

This is a hands-on lead role. You cook across a varied menu, with steaks as a core dish, and you answer for how the whole kitchen performs. The business wants your ideas: review the current menu, add new dinner, takeaway and dine-in dishes and freshen up breakfast. You also guide the team, plan for rush periods, order stock and keep waste low. A rotating roster applies, and the role asks you to live on site when required.

Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

On your CV, show the kitchens you have led, the menus you have changed and how you handled high-volume service. A short line on your steak and grill work helps here. You can shape a highway-kitchen chef CV with Build AI CV.
