Picture cooking at a golf club in a lively north-east Victorian holiday town that draws big crowds every year for skiing on snow and water, boating, fishing and bushwalking. The club needs a qualified Chef with real drive and love for the craft, and the town has every service you need to settle in comfortably.
Business keeps growing, so you will work alongside the head chef, sous chef and kitchenhands, answering to the Head Chef in a professional crew where careers can grow. You can start immediately. This role is open to applicants already in Australia with valid work rights. Sponsorship may be available to exceptional applicants after a successful trial period.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes from the menu
- Train and supervise new or less experienced staff
- Follow hygiene regulations at all times
- Check dish quality at every stage of preparation and presentation
- Delegate tasks, supervise cooks and lend a hand where needed
- Keep an eye on food stock and place orders
Requirements & Eligibility
- Commercial cookery qualifications and experience (Cert 3 or higher)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
- Communicates well
- Comfortable working without supervision or with a team
- Knows OH&S and food hygiene requirements
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Flexible to cover a blend of weekdays and weekends for a 7-day operation
