Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only
A fast-growing hospitality business in Sydney needs a Chef with real commercial kitchen experience. It wants someone who takes the craft seriously and can show it.
Your shifts would start with prep and mise en place and run through busy service. Every plate should match the standard for taste, portion and presentation. You would follow the recipes and methods, keep your section and equipment clean, check produce as it arrives, store it properly and rotate stock to cut waste. When senior chefs need a hand, you step in.
Applicants must be already based in Australia, and in Sydney itself.
On your CV, show your Certificate III or equivalent, the kitchens you have worked in and the dishes you cook best. Line up your Sydney commercial chef CV on Build AI CV and keep your proof of employment ready.
