Chef

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

A busy hospitality venue in Sydney wants a Chef who can move between grill, pans, fryers and larder and keep every plate right when the dockets pile up. The kitchen is modern and purpose-built, and the menu mixes well-loved classics with fresh, seasonal specials.

You will set up your station, check produce, cook to the kitchen's standards and adjust dishes for dietary needs. Stock, ordering, rotation and cutting waste are shared jobs, and the venue trades seven days, so shifts cover days, evenings and weekends. Sponsorship consideration is available for exceptional candidates after six months of full-time employment.

Spell out every section you have run, the covers you are used to and your food safety certificate on your CV. Put together a grill-and-larder chef CV for Sydney on Build AI CV before you apply.
