Key Responsibilities
- Cook a broad mix of well-made dishes that please diners
- Look after prep and keep service flowing smoothly
- Plate every dish with steady quality, presentation and portion size
- Back up the kitchen team and deliver the menu through the busiest nights
- Assist with ingredient prep, stock control and keeping the kitchen organised
- Stick to food safety procedures and high hygiene standards

Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven work as a Chef in commercial hospitality
- Background in busy restaurants, hotels or comparable food service businesses
- Can keep dishes consistent and high in quality when service is at full volume
- Strong grasp of hygiene practices, food safety and kitchen procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork, a positive attitude and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Can work flexible shifts, including public holidays, weekends and evenings
- Well organised, with good attention to detail
- Relevant culinary training or industry experience preferred
