Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA nursing registration that is current, together with a current practising certificate
- Earlier experience of working in aged care
- Clinical nursing skills and knowledge that are strong
- You know the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and the accreditation standards for aged care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong skills in leadership and in team-working
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong commitment to dignity, privacy and resident-centred care
- High level of professionalism, honesty and integrity
- Able to adapt when circumstances change and to work effectively in a team, with a commitment to quality improvement and continuous professional development
