CNC Operator
Visa sponsorship
Manufacturing · Wellington, New Zealand · Full-Time · $30/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
This Wellington workshop builds plywood kitchens, cabinets and furniture by blending hand joinery with CNC machines and Lean methods. It wants a CNC Operator with a joinery or cabinetmaking background who would like to specialise further.
Your week would mix machining parts to the drawings, putting cabinets together, finishing them and checking each piece is accurate, with the odd installation. Lean and 3S keep the floor tidy and wasteful steps out, and there is training along the way. Trade experience from overseas is valued just as much as local experience; what counts is real ability and a good approach.
Eligible overseas applicants may be considered for visa sponsorship.
List the CNC machines and software you know and the kitchens or furniture you have made on your CV. You can draft a Wellington CNC cabinetmaker CV with Build AI CV and keep it simple.
