This Perth role is for a concreter who is just as comfortable in an excavator seat as on the finishing trowel. You will finish slabs and surfaces, then switch to machines and general civil tasks when the project calls for it, moving between sites around Western Australia.
The crew is established and the work is varied, but the standard is high: careful finishes, safe habits and work done on time. Expect long day shifts on a roster, plus medicals and drug and alcohol testing. Candidates with verified experience who meet the relevant requirements may be considered for visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Finish concrete on a range of construction projects, preparing, levelling and smoothing surfaces to the project's requirements
- Run excavators, skid steers and other construction equipment
- Help with general civil and construction work when needed
- Adapt to changing sites, tasks and conditions
- Work productively with the rest of the crew
- Follow site safety procedures and workplace standards, keeping equipment and work areas safe and tidy
- Deliver consistent, careful workmanship
- Finish allocated work within project timeframes
- Take part in medical checks and drug and alcohol testing as required
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of relevant concrete finishing experience
- Hands-on construction experience that is demonstrated and verifiable
- WA HR Class Driver Licence
- Current Construction White Card
- Experience running excavators, skid steers or similar machinery
- Relevant machine tickets, or willingness to obtain them
- Able to work 12-hour day shifts on a 2:1 roster
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and meet regular drug and alcohol testing requirements
- Strong safety awareness and professional work habits
- A reliable, adaptable approach when project requirements change
