Duty Manager

Onshore applicants only

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only

Some venues run on one person who sees everything. This Sydney hospitality venue wants that person: a Duty Manager who can own the shift, lead the floor and bar team, and keep guests happy from opening to close.

Day to day, you would supervise staff, help with rosters and training, handle complaints calmly and keep stock and ordering under control. You also make sure the venue follows its licensing and safety rules, help with functions and promotions, and report sales and staff results to management. Evenings and weekends are part of the job.

This role is open to applicants already in Australia, and sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

On your CV, show the venues you have run shifts in, how many people you led and the bar or stock systems you know, with dates the employer can check. You can write a Sydney venue duty manager CV with Build AI CV and keep every role easy to verify.
