Enrolled Nurses work beside Registered Nurses, and this Perth role follows that pattern. An RN supervises you day to day, while the Clinical Care Manager is your line manager. The post is permanent and full-time, and the employer wants nurses who are both qualified and experienced.
The company itself is owned in Western Australia. It sends skilled nurses into hospitals and residential aged care facilities. It also provides in-home care, community nursing and services for the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA). Expect placements in different parts of the city, from the CBD to areas on either side of the river.

Key Responsibilities
- Under RN supervision, assess patients, plan their nursing care and carry it out
- Administer medications and watch how each person responds to treatment
- Help to coordinate patient care and to evaluate it
- Give direct patient care, which includes assistance with personal hygiene, and join health education and promotion activities
- Support RNs during clinical procedures and patient assessments, and keep clinical documentation accurate
- Work within Work Health and Safety legislation, hold to infection control standards and report every incident and hazard promptly
Requirements & Eligibility
- You hold current AHPRA registration
- You have the relevant nursing qualification for an Enrolled Nurse
- Home care and community nursing experience
- Minimum one year's full-time relevant experience
- National Criminal History Check (current)
- Working with Children Check (current)
- Manual Handling Certificate (current) and Infection Control certificate
- Driver's licence that is valid; COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations that are current
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
