Fabricator / Welder
Visa sponsorship
Trade · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $42/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Orders for modular power systems that keep critical infrastructure and AI data centres running are climbing, and an advanced Perth manufacturer is enlarging its factory to keep up. It wants two trade-qualified welders to join its fabrication crew in full-time, ongoing jobs.
Most of your shift goes into welding skid bases, frames and enclosures for modules and structures, following the drawings closely so each joint is strong, clean and compliant. The week totals 40.5 hours: 6:00am to 3:30pm from Monday to Thursday, then 6:00am to 12:30pm on Friday. Visa sponsorship is available for the right overseas candidates.
Welders with shipyard or Gulf steel-structure experience should record their MIG positions, weld tests passed and the drawings they work from on their CV; organise a Perth MIG-welder CV with Build AI CV before you apply.
