Industrial plant runs on good fitters. A professional engineering and maintenance business in Western Australia, based in Perth, has a permanent role for a qualified Fitter with a solid background in heavy industry, workshop or on-site maintenance.
The work is practical and varied: overhauls, fault diagnosis, planned and breakdown maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic pipework, cutting, grinding and forming parts, and capital upgrade projects. You will move between the workshop and client sites, working to Zero Harm safety principles. 482 or 494 visa sponsorship, or a visa transfer, may be considered for international applicants who have suitable qualifications and verified experience.
Fitters who have worked on Gulf or Malaysian plant sites should spell that out on their CV. Note the equipment, hydraulic systems and rebuilds you have handled, then assemble a mechanical fitter CV on Build AI CV.
