Perth construction work moves from site to site, and this role moves with it. An experienced construction team in Western Australia wants a Formwork Carpenter who can show real, checkable experience and pride in quality work.
Most days you would build, assemble and strip formwork, working from drawings and specifications, and pick up general carpentry tasks as the job needs. Expect to travel between projects, sometimes into regional areas, and to adjust to different site conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Do formwork carpentry on a range of construction projects
- Build, assemble and dismantle formwork structures
- Read construction drawings, plans and specifications
- Measure, mark, cut and install materials accurately, and take on general carpentry tasks as required
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Check finished work for quality and accuracy
- Follow site safety procedures and construction requirements, keeping the work area clean and tidy
- Work on your own or with the wider construction team
- Travel between project sites when needed and adapt to changing site conditions and project needs
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated experience as a Formwork Carpenter or All-Round Carpenter
- Relevant carpentry qualification or recognised trade certification preferred
- Genuine and verifiable construction industry experience, including work on active construction sites
- White Card
- Current driver's licence preferred
- Reliable transport and your own hand and power tools
- Able to work independently, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willing to travel between construction sites
- Willing to work in regional areas where required
- Able to satisfy applicable employment and sponsorship requirements
