Each appointment starts with a proper consultation. From there you will cut, colour and style, suggest treatments and products that suit the client, and keep the finish consistent every time. You will grow your own client list, help the salon reach its targets and keep learning new techniques and trends through ongoing training. The salon wants someone who can show real skill and industry experience. Eligible candidates may be considered for employer sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Cut, colour and style hair to suit each client's needs
- Hold client consultations and recommend suitable styles and treatments

Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional experience as a Hairdresser or Stylist, with genuine industry experience you can verify
- Strong practical knowledge of modern hairdressing techniques
- Confident with client consultation and styling
- Strong communication and people skills
- A clear commitment to quality and client satisfaction
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Reliable, well organised, professionally presented, positive and hard-working
- Willing to learn and adapt as industry trends change
- A relevant hairdressing qualification and/or substantial professional experience, plus evidence supporting your previous experience
