Balayage, creative colour and colour correction are the core of this full-time Hairdresser role in Sydney. The salon wants a stylist and colour technician whose work speaks for itself, with the cutting and styling skills to match.
You will consult with each client, plan a look that suits them and deliver it to a consistent standard. Ongoing training is part of the job, and you will join creative projects, events and salon activities while keeping up with new trends. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Cut, style and colour hair to a professional standard
- Deliver balayage and creative colour work
- Carry out colour correction and corrective colour treatments
- Consult clients to understand their hair needs and create personalised colour and styling results
- Keep quality and technical standards consistent
- Give attentive, professional client service
- Work alongside the other salon professionals
- Take part in ongoing technical training and keep up with new trends and techniques
- Help with creative projects, events and salon activities
- Keep the salon clean, organised and professional
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of professional hairdressing experience
- Experience in a premium or high-end salon
- Demonstrated technical ability in balayage and creative colour, plus experience with colour correction work
- Strong cutting and styling skills
- Confident client consultation, backed by strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional approach to client service
- A creative mindset and attention to detail
- Able to work well within a professional team
- Willing to keep building technical expertise
- Able to provide evidence of professional experience and skills
