For probashi cooks with grill experience from busy kitchens, here is an opening worth a close look. An American-style restaurant south of Melbourne with a high volume of customers is hiring an experienced Head Chef and an experienced Sous Chef / Cook.
Burgers are the main dish, and the work includes grill and fryer cooking. The kitchen does heavy prep in advance, so the rush hours are easier to manage.
Both positions are full time. You would start immediately and work Wednesday to Sunday. The employer offers sponsorship (support for a work visa) to the right candidate.
