Head Chef

Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
A brand-new venue in Sydney needs a Head Chef to set up its kitchen from the ground up. You would shape the food concept, put the team together and write the standards the kitchen will run on from opening night onwards.
This is a leadership job first. The owners want someone who has already run people, watched costs and kept quality steady when the dockets pile up. Your track record, your qualifications and your work history will carry the most weight when applications are reviewed. Sponsorship is available for the successful eligible candidate.
Before you apply, make sure your CV shows the size of the brigades you have led, the menus you costed and any venue openings you handled, whether in Dhaka, Dubai or Sydney. You can map out a Sydney head chef CV on Build AI CV and keep it in clear English.
