Head Waiter

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $30 - $40/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Some guests remember a meal because of the food. Others remember it because of the person who looked after their table. This Head Waiter position in Perth is for the second kind of professional, in a French-inspired restaurant where food, wine and service carry equal weight.

You will lead the floor during service, welcome guests, guide them through the wine list and the menu, and keep the kitchen and front of house in step on busy nights. Helping newer staff find their feet is part of the role too.

Candidates who meet the required criteria may be considered for sponsorship.

On your CV, show the restaurants where you led a section, your wine service experience and your RSA or Manager's Liquor Licence. Present your head waiter CV through Build AI CV so the details are clear at a glance.
