You will help in every part of the venue: serving tables, working at the bar and doing general hospitality tasks. The work is fast and always focused on guests. You get training on the job.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve tables by taking orders and bringing food and drinks
- Take payments correctly on the point-of-sale system
- Make and serve bar drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks
- Clear tables quickly, reset them and keep the venue clean and presentable
- Welcome guests warmly
- Pass on special requests and dietary needs clearly to the kitchen and bar
- Work with the kitchen and bar team so busy service goes smoothly
- Know the menu, specials and drinks to recommend good choices
- Restock supplies and keep work areas in order
- Follow health, safety and food handling rules
- Help wherever the venue needs you during a shift
Requirements & Eligibility
- Work experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting, with some waiting or bar service
- A passion for great customer service
- Strong communication skills with guests and the team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods in busy shifts
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive and flexible attitude
- Good teamwork
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- POS experience is desirable; training can be provided
- Barista or bartending qualifications are an advantage but not essential
