Hospitality · Melbourne, VIC, Australia · Full-Time · $28/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only

If Japanese cooking is your craft, a growing Melbourne kitchen focused on evening service is looking for a Japanese Chef with proven commercial experience.

Skill is only half of it. The team values people who turn up, stay respectful, keep a positive attitude and work well with others, shift after shift. Pride in consistent results matters here.

The role is open to applicants already in Australia with valid work rights, and sponsorship is available for the right onshore candidate if a suitable full-time position becomes available.

On your CV, list the Japanese dishes and prep you know well, the commercial kitchens you have cooked in and how long you stayed in each. Prepare a Japanese chef CV for Melbourne on Build AI CV so your experience is easy to read.
