Line Chef
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Dunedin, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25 - $30/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
A new premium dining venue in Dunedin, with an Italian-inspired menu, is building its kitchen from day one and wants a Line Chef to help set the standard. Fresh pasta, pizzettas and dishes built on seasonal produce will be at the heart of your section.
You will own a section through prep and service, keep portions and timing tight, and help with stock, ordering and food cost control. You will work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a disciplined kitchen that opens six days a week, so evenings and weekends are part of the roster.
Overseas candidates with suitable qualifications and experience may be eligible for sponsorship.
Your CV should show the high-volume kitchens you have worked in, the pasta or dough work you know and your cookery qualification. Show your fresh-pasta line chef experience in a Build AI CV and start with your most recent kitchen.
