You would look after patients in inpatient units (where patients stay in hospital), in community settings (where patients live at home), or in both. Psychiatric assessments, which check a person's mental health, are a key part of the job. The team works closely and treats patients with compassion, and there is ongoing training for mental health nurses.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 2-3 years of experience as a Mental Health Registered Nurse
- A passion for exceptional patient care and mental health support
- Current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Postgraduate qualifications in mental health nursing are highly regarded
- Excellent understanding of psychiatric assessments and the Mental Health Act 2022
